Standards and Fees

Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $50.00
Holding Deposit: $400.00
Security Deposits: $500.00 up to 1 months rent - based on screening results.
Administrative fee: $500.00
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $500 for 1 pet; $800 for 2 pets
Monthly pet fee per animal: $50.00
Package Room Fee - One time: $50.00
Storage units: $95 - 275.00
Garages: $150.00
Water and Sewer: Varies monthly billed 90 days in arrears
Trash: $20
Water/Sewer/Trash billing Fee: $6.00 not to exceed $10.00 monthly
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $25 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $50.00
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the tenth (10) of the month, is 10% of base rent.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to two-month base rent.

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $500

Comments: One nonrefundable fee for 1 pet of $500 or one nonrefundable fee of $800 for 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canarios, Elkhounds, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Brentford at The Mile is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
